KapKa's curriculum draws from established, trusted programs — Bridges math and Science of Reading literacy — while giving teachers the freedom to stretch beyond them. This could mean building a curriculum for a student who needs more challenge, or turning the stairway into a cave diorama. Standards help ensure every student meets goals. The world beyond those standards is where the magic happens.
KapKa students leave 5th grade ready for middle schools of all types — public, option, independent — known for being curious, creative, and kind.
Seeing my child's growth at KapKa since kindergarten — seeing her go from grade to grade has been this beautiful, inspiring experience where I wish elementary school had been like this for me.Camille, parent of a 5th grader
Students progress through three multi-grade pods, each with its own focus and feel. The pod names reflect where students are developmentally — not just academically.
